Anna Knight is a dedicated yoga teacher with 570 hours of training, including foundational and Yin studies with David Michel and advanced training with Jason Crandell. With over 20 years as an NHS nurse, she brings a deep understanding of health, movement, and longevity to her teaching.
At Anna Knight Yoga, she combines the mindful flow of Vinyasa with the strength-building principles of functional movement, helping students of all abilities embrace aging with confidence and resilience. Her approach goes beyond flexibility—it's about cultivating balance, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to movement, both on and off the mat.
Based in Owslebury, Hampshire, Anna offers studio classes, as well as 1-2-1 sessions, retreats, and corporate wellness days across the South Coast of England. Whether guiding a group practice or working individually, she creates a welcoming space where students can explore what works for their bodies, fostering strength, mobility, and lifelong wellbeing.
When she’s not teaching or working as a nurse, Anna can be found lifting weights, enjoying nourishing food, and staying connected with her local community—often in between chauffeuring her children around Hampshire. Her passion lies in helping people move well, feel strong, and create a practice that supports them through every stage of life.
