  • Not at all! All of our sessions are mixed ability, and our instructors provide modifications for different levels within every class.

    Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll be supported in finding a practice that works for your body.

    Yoga is about more than flexibility — it’s about movement, breathwork, strength, and balance, all of which develop over time.

  • We provide all students with mats, blankets, blocks, and any props required for our sessions. You’re welcome to bring socks and extra layers for relaxation. Please leave shoes outside the studio to maintain a clean and peaceful space.

  • Please refer to our Terms & Conditions, which can be found in the website footer and are also presented at the time of purchase. These outline our policy on missed classes and rescheduling.

  • If you have an injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, or any concerns about your ability to practise, please contact us before booking a class. We also offer 1-2-1 sessions for those needing extra support or a more bespoke experience.
